We're looking for a <strong>Senior People Partner</strong> to become the trusted partner for our <strong>APAC </strong>region, partnering with leaders across multiple countries to shape people strategy, drive organisational effectiveness and support our next stage of growth.</p> <p>This is a highly visible role where you'll work with stakeholders at every level—from people managers through to senior executives—to solve complex business challenges through people-focused solutions. You'll bring commercial thinking, strong influencing skills and a data-led approach to help leaders make informed decisions that strengthen performance, engagement and talent.</p> <p>Working as part of our global People team, you'll balance strategic business partnering with hands-on delivery, leading initiatives across talent management, organisational design, performance, engagement and change. If you enjoy working in an ambitious, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></h2> <p>As our Senior People Partner, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with business leaders across the APAC region to align people strategy with business objectives.</li> <li>Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from managers through to senior leadership.</li> <li>Coach and advise leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, performance and employee engagement.</li> <li>Use people data and analytics to identify trends, provide insights and recommend actions that improve business performance.</li> <li>Support talent management and succession planning initiatives across the region.</li> <li>Partner on organisational design and transformation projects, ensuring the business is well positioned for future growth.</li> <li>Champion a high-performance culture through initiatives that strengthen engagement, performance and development.</li> <li>Support business transformation and organisational change programmes.</li> <li>Partner with the wider global People team to ensure a consistent employee experience while adapting solutions for regional needs.</li> <li>Provide expert guidance across the employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders across a diverse range of APAC markets.</li> <li>Help shape
