The Warranty Project Manager owns autonomous portfolio management across BPI's residential warranty program – running multiple active repair projects at once, each with its own scope, schedule, and set of stakeholders. This is a project management role first. It requires someone who can independently coordinate stakeholders, build and hold a schedule, plan around the critical path, and drive execution across a live portfolio of files – not someone managing a simple task list. Warranty subject matter, including BC Home Warranty guidelines and trade obligations, is learned on the job. What You'll Do The role organises around three areas of responsibility, each requiring strong project management judgment and follow-through.
