Join us and transform your dreams into reality.</p> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking a motivated <strong>IT Specialist Intern </strong>to join our team and gain hands-on experience across corporate IT operations. This role focuses on the day-to-day work that keeps IT running — user onboarding and offboarding, asset management, and frontline support — while building exposure to enterprise tooling, monitoring, and automation. You will work alongside experienced engineers who will mentor you on real infrastructure in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of tasks that directly support the team.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Execute user onboarding and offboarding workflows — account provisioning, hardware setup, and access removal</li> <li>Manage IT asset inventory — track, tag, and audit laptops, peripherals, and equipment throughout their lifecycle</li> <li>Image, deploy, and prepare laptops and workstations for new hires and replacements</li> <li>Maintain stock of IT supplies and peripherals; monitor levels and coordinate reorders</li> <li>Respond to help desk tickets and provide frontline support for common hardware, software, and access issues</li> <li>Assist with monitoring and alerting — triage alerts, escalate issues, and help maintain dashboards</li> <li>Support patching and software deployment tasks under engineer guidance</li> <li>Maintain and improve IT documentation — runbooks, how-to guides, and inventory records</li> <li>Assist with office IT logistics: conference room AV, desk setups, and equipment moves</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, computer science, or a related field — or equivalent self-taught/certification path (A+, Network+)</li> <li>Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows and macOS) and common productivity tools</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable helping non-technical users</li> <li>Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exposure to ticketing/ITSM systems</li> <li>Familiarity with scripting basics (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)</li> <li>Interest in networking, identity management, or infrastructure automation</li> <li>Prior customer service or help desk experience</li> </ul>
