Someone who can anticipate both client and internal creative team needs, build trusted client partnerships, and think proactively not only to keep projects moving forward but also to help guide their success.</p> <p>The ideal candidate understands challenges at their core and can collaborate with their team of artists and our internal teams to solve them creatively and efficiently. They know when to act or ask for support, when to raise awareness, and when to be flexible or firm in service of the work.</p> <p>As the first Project Management hire in our new London studio, you will help define how we work, how we collaborate, and the standard of creativity we are known for locally.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Role</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Program Leadership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Responsible for projects from kickoff to final delivery; partnering closely with creative and production leadership, clients, and internal teams</li> <li>Serve as the primary day-to-day client connection point for BNS projects, translating client ambitions, project goals and feedback into clear creative direction</li> <li>Oversee a range of multidisciplinary project types including; brand strategy, design systems, motion graphics, and production</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Project Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with creative directors, designers, strategists, animators, vendors and producers to support a productive and healthy creative process</li> <li>Build and manage detailed schedules and budgets, ensuring projects remain on time and on budget</li> <li>Use our internal tools to maintain accurate cost tracking, forecasts, and project documentation throughout the lifecycle of each engagement</li> <li>Lead meetings with clear agendas, objectives, and actionable outcomes</li> <li>Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs, adjusting plans as required</li> <li>Manage scope changes, revisions, and approvals, clearly communicating impacts to internal teams and client</li> <li>Maintain a high standard of organization, attention to detail, and quality control across all deliverables</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Collaboration & Communication</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Approach problem-solving with creativity and calm, enabling teams to do their best work</li> <li>Foster strong, trust-based client relationships while managing expectations and constraints</li> <li>Communicate clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully; asking the right questions to guide both clients and creatives</li> <li>Explore and embrace new ways of working and approaches to project & client challenges</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Team & Culture</strong></h3> <ul>
