Partners closely with the Marketing Operations team to ensure continuity of campaign execution, lead management, and system integrations during the primary admin’s maternity leave.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Contract duration: 12 Months</strong></span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong></span><br>• Own and administer the Marketo instance — user management, workspace configuration, database health, and system hygiene<br>• Build, QA, and deploy marketing campaigns (emails, nurture programs, smart campaigns, landing pages)<br>• Maintain and troubleshoot lead scoring models and lifecycle/routing rules<br>• Manage Marketo <> Salesforce sync, monitor sync errors, and resolve data flow issues<br>• Partner with Data Quality team for data and error clean up<br>• Support the Marketing Ops team with campaign requests, list imports, segmentation, and reporting<br>• Monitor deliverability, bounce management, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)<br>• Maintain program templates, tokens, and folder structure per team standards<br>• Produce recurring reports and dashboards on campaign performance and funnel metrics<br>• Document any system changes or process updates for handback to the returning team member<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Requirements:<br></strong></span><br>• 3+ years hands-on Marketo administration experience<br>• Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) preferred<br>• Experience with Marketo <> Salesforce CRM integration<br>• Solid understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, and attribution models<br>• Comfortable with HTML/CSS for email and landing page edits<br>• Strong communication skills — will partner directly with the Marketing Ops team and stakeholders across marketing and sales<br>• Self-directed, able to maintain operational rhythm without heavy supervision<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Nice to Have:<br></strong></span><br>• Experience with marketing ops tooling beyond Marketo<br>• Familiarity with revenue operations workflows and sales handoff processes</p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p
