The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of Personal Injury cases from intake until litigation while consistently providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role offers an opportunity for professional development and advancement in a supportive, dynamic environment.</p> <p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full Time / Onsite, M-F</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="1w9gayb" data-start="0" data-end="100">Manage a caseload of approximately 100 personal injury matters from intake through pre-litigation.</li> <li data-section-id="6grees" data-start="101" data-end="224">Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and exceptional service throughout the case.</li> <li data-section-id="105gluh" data-start="225" data-end="335">Investigate claims, gather evidence, and obtain key documents, including police reports and medical records.</li> <li data-section-id="1eg63m" data-start="336" data-end="450">Open and manage bodily injury, no-fault/PIP, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims with insurance carriers.</li> <li data-section-id="x8sy96" data-start="451" data-end="549">Prepare and submit no-fault/PIP applications, lost wage claims, and other related documentation.</li> <li data-section-id="chjym1" data-start="550" data-end="668">Verify all available insurance coverage and maintain accurate case information in the firm's case management system.</li> <li data-section-id="1xnl6k1" data-start="669" data-end="738">Track medical treatment, damages, liens, and case-related expenses.</li> <li data-section-id="14y3pb6" data-start="739" data-end="790">Coordinate property damage claims when necessary.</li> <li data-section-id="1q1hvd9" data-start="791" data-end="863" data-is-last-node="">Prepare cases for settlement negotiations or transition to litigation.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience as a Prelitigation Paralegal or Prelitigation Case Manager.</li> <li>Has previous experience handling a caseload of approx. 100 case files or more, using a Case Management System, such as Litify, Needles, Clio, MyCase, etc.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.</li> <li>Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Annual salary is based upon the years on prelitigation personal injury experience.</strong></p> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Compensation Range:</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$65,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$75,000 USD&l
