Based in Jeddah, this role bridges local ground operations with central teams in Riyadh HQ—managing high-volume bulk cement logistics, transporter networks, and KSA regulatory compliance </p> <h2><span style="color: rgb(0, 149, 168);"><strong>What You will do (Responsibilities) :</strong></span></h2> <h3><strong>1. Operational Leadership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead daily logistics and dispatch operations for the Jeddah region.</li> <li>Lead and supervise the regional operations team (coordinators, helpers), ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.</li> <li>Manage warehouse, fleet, and fulfillment activities in the region.</li> <li>Act as the key point of contact between the Jeddah ops team and central teams (Riyadh HQ, product, sales, procurement, finance), managing cross-functional collaboration.</li> <li>Ensure alignment of regional operational activities with company goals and strategies.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>2. Delivery & Fulfillment Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Oversee the full delivery lifecycle on the BRKZ platform (BOB): delivery scheduling, transporter/vehicle assignment, and on-time closing of deliveries and orders.</li> <li>Manage high-volume bulk cement operations, including multi-truck orders, quantity splitting practices, and exceptional-quantity official deliveries specific to the Jeddah region.</li> <li>Ensure Fasah permits, delivery notes, and transportation cost entries are accurate, complete, and recorded per company standards.</li> <li>Ensure deliveries are assigned to transporters promptly once documents are received, avoiding delays in the delivery-closing process.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>3. Process Optimization & Improvement</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Analyze current regional workflows and identify areas for improvement; drive continuous process improvement and cost control.</li> <li>Develop and implement SOPs, best practices, and operational guidelines for the region.</li> <li>Champion adoption of new tools and automation (unified delivery schedule, AI-assisted work
