This position will be responsible for developing, organizing, managing, and driving integrated product development plans.</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee all program management activities, including planning, decision making, metrics reporting, and global risk management related to our program(s).</li> <li>Effectively manage team meetings, including the Global Product Team and Global Development Team, by ensuring that objectives are clearly defined, capturing and disseminating meeting outcomes, information, and action items, and following up on critical actions with teams.</li> <li>Foster leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen while setting high standards that drive alignment, collaboration, accountability, and goal achievement within Program teams.</li> <li>Identify and champion best practices in BBS Program Management, including the use of dashboards, templates, tools, and processes to drive efficiency, alignment, and effective planning.</li> <li>Reporting and presentation of program information to the Executive Team, functional heads, and other key stakeholders.</li> <li>Contribute to long-range planning (LRP) and budgetary planning at the program level.</li> <li>Clearly and proactively anticipate, identify, track, communicate, and propose resolution options for discrepancies in priorities and plans, prioritize complex and multiple/conflicting responsibilities and/or issues.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in a
