Built on integrity, collaboration, and excellence, we’re more than a service provider—we’re your trusted partner in innovation.</p> </div> </div></div><p><strong>Appeals Support Specialist</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Rate: $22/Hour</strong></li> <li><strong>Temporary 6 month role</strong></li> <li><strong>Training will be provided</strong></li> <li><strong>100% Remote</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prioritizes and reprioritizes workload while managing time effectively.</li> <li>Accurately and confidentially records documents and other information using OnBase, the shared system and/or MAS.</li> <li>Orders documentation from external stakeholders</li> <li>Indexes documentation within OnBase</li> <li>Creates and uploads case files in OnBase to ensure accurate reporting.</li> <li>Communicates with management regarding process improvements or trends.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED</li> <li>6 months’ work-related experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Proficiencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Basic computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and adapt to change</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p> </p> <p data-start="1731" data-end="1755"><strong data-start="1731" data-end="1755">What to Expect Next:</strong></p> <p data-start="1757" data-end="2185">After submitting your application, our recruiting team will review your qualifications.
