Central and Eastern time zones preferred.</p> <p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $50,000 - $65,000</p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Junior Healthcare Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles on our federal CMS programs. This is a hands-on sourcing and screening role, well suited to someone with one to three years of agency or in-house healthcare recruiting experience who wants to move into the federal contracting space. You will work closely with senior recruiters and program managers to build candidate pipelines, conduct initial screens, and keep candidates moving through the process.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Source candidates for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and referrals</li> <li>Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, licensure, availability, and compensation expectations</li> <li>Write and post job advertisements, and refresh postings to maintain visibility</li> <li>Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status in the applicant tracking system</li> <li>Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring managers</li> <li>Prepare candidate summaries and screening notes for hiring manager review</li> <li>Communicate with candidates throughout the process, providing timely updates and follow-up</li> <li>Support onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements as needed</li> <li>Meet weekly sourcing, submittal, and pipeline activity targets</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>1 to 3 years of recruiting experience filling clinical or non-clinical healthcare roles (agency or corporate)</li> <li>Working knowledge of common healthcare job titles, credentials, and licensure requirements</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfort making outbound calls daily</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems</li> <li>Highly organized, able to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously</li> <li>Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience recruiting for federal government contracts</li> <li>Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system</li> <li>Familiarity with CMS or Medicare program roles (medical review, appeals, redetermination, reimbursement)</li> <li>Experience recruiting licensed clinical staff (RN, LPN, therapists)</li> <li>Boolean search proficiency</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p> </p>
