In this role, you will leverage your extensive project management, client relationship, and risk management skills to lead federal project delivery for CMS, HHS, and DoD clients in a fully remote model.</p> <p>You will manage audit, compliance, and performance oversight engagements with distributed teams, strict regulatory timelines, and high visibility to senior federal leadership. You will serve as the Broadway Ventures interface with government Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs) and project leadership.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Direct a team on project deliverables</li> <li>Provide communication to the COR via monthly progress reports, CFM reporting, and quarterly executive briefings</li> <li>Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, Project Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans for all supported contracts</li> <li>Conduct monthly and bi-weekly status meetings with government stakeholders via Microsoft Teams and CMS-approved platforms</li> <li>Oversee deliverable reviews, invoice reconciliation, and performance monitoring across multiple time zones</li> <li>Coordinate remotely with Contracting Officers (COs), CORs, and agency program leadership on daily execution, monthly progress reporting, and ad-hoc senior-level requests</li> <li><strong>Audit participation:</strong> engage in audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations, using critical thinking to evaluate processes</li> <li>Mentor and train new claims processors as needed</li> </ul> <p>If you're eager to make a positive impact through your project management skills, we encourage you to apply.</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within government contracting, healthcare, or IT services</li> <li>Experience with FAR-based contracts, including risk management, quality assurance, earned value reporting, and integrated master scheduling</li> <li>Familiarity with federal contracting terminology, FAR/DFARS, and CPARS reporting</li> <li>HHS/CMS Contractor Information Security, Privacy, and Records Management training</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint</li> <li>Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearance or p
