Our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and technical rigor.</p> <p><br><strong>SUMMARY:</strong><br>BRPH is seeking an experienced <strong>Project Manager</strong> to support our <strong>Manufacturing & Industrial</strong> market sector in our <strong>Charleston, South Carolina</strong> office. This role is focused on the successful management and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary architecture and engineering projects. The ideal candidate may come from an architecture or engineering background and will lead project teams with primary responsibility for client service, scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, contracts, change management, quality, risk, and overall project performance.<br><strong><br></strong></p> <p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Leads multidisciplinary architecture and engineering projects from pursuit and kickoff through design, permitting, construction administration, and closeout, with primary accountability for overall project performance.</li> <li>Serves as the primary client point of contact for assigned projects; manages expectations, communications, decisions, commitments, and overall client satisfaction.</li> <li>Develops and maintains project execution plans, scopes of work, responsibility matrices, work plans, staffing plans, deliverable schedules, and milestone strategies aligned with contractual requirements and client objectives.</li> <li>Owns project financial performance, including fee and labor budgets, burn-rate monitoring, percent-complete evaluation, cost-to-complete, revenue projections, profitability, and overall budget compliance.</li> <li>Prepares and maintains project forecasts and financial status reporting; identifies budget or performance variances early and develops corrective action plans with project and discipline leadership.</li> <li>Manages prime contract requirements and subconsultant agreements, including scope, deliverables, schedule obligations, invoicing, and team responsibilities.</li> <li>Leads project change management by identifying scope growth and out-of-scope requests, evaluating schedule and fee impacts, preparing amendments/change orders, and obtaining appropriate authorization before additional work proceeds.</li> <li>Develops and manages project schedules, tracks critical milestones and dependencies, evaluates impacts to the baseline plan, and leads recovery planning when project performance deviates from the approved schedule.</li> <li>Coordinates multidisciplinary project teams, including architecture, structural, civil, MEP, interiors, BIM/VDC, and
