If you deliver strong results and fit our team culture during this busy stretch, this position has direct potential to turn into a <strong>permanent part-time role</strong> on the BRUNT flagship team.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br>As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you’re on the front lines during our highest-volume period, bringing energy, hustle, and personality to the sales floor. You’ll help create standout customer experiences, support store operations during the rush, and show us what you've got for a long-term spot on the team.</div> <ul> <li><strong>Customer Experience:</strong> Create a welcoming environment, engage customers to understand their specific trade needs, and support omni-channel services during peak shopping volume.</li> <li><strong>Sales & Performance:</strong> Keep transactions moving smoothly, manage rush periods efficiently, and promote loyalty programs to help the store smash its goals.</li> <li><strong>Visual & Ops:</strong> Keep the floor fully stocked, sharp, and organized.
