Product Marketing Manager, Buyer
Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

This role owns feature adoption and platform engagement for B-Stock's buyer-facing features — ensuring buyers discover, adopt, and deepen engagement with what Product ships. You'll brief Lifecycle on feature launches; they own channel execution. This role also applies AI to how feature GTM gets built and measured — using AI-assisted analysis to speed hypothesis testing and reporting.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving Outcomes

Own the GTM strategy and launch execution for buyer-facing features (e.g., saved search, delivery preferences, customer preferences); define adoption metrics upfront and hold yourself accountable for delivering against them.

Propose a prioritized GTM plan for buyer-facing features, aligned to the broader product roadmap.

Customer Understanding

Develop a deep understanding of B-Stock's buyer segments — who they are, how they shop, and what drives repeat platform engagement.

Build and maintain buyer personas that go beyond demographics to capture behavioral patterns and feature usage; use these to sharpen both product positioning and campaign briefs.

Brief Lifecycle Marketing on feature launches with clear audience targeting rationale, key messages, and behavioral triggers, so execution through shared channels (including in-app messaging) is accurate.

Analytical Rigor

Generate hypotheses about buyer behavior and feature adoption; use those hypotheses to structure a logical analytical approach and identify the data needed to validate or refute them.

Partner with Analytics to define shared measurement frameworks: align on definitions (e.g., what counts as 'activated' or 'engaged'), and build visibility into feature adoption metrics.

Demonstrate strong quantitative and qualitative judgment in decision-making — you can pull reports, interpret cohort analyses, and make evidence-based recommendations without waiting for someone else to run the numbers.

Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate hypothesis generation, cohort analysis, and post-launch reporting for feature GTM, building repeatable analysis workflows so insights reach Product and Analytics faster.

Track post-launch performance for every feature GTM; surface insights back to Product and Analytics with clear recommendations.

Prioritizing Culture

Attend sprint reviews and product forums; build trust with Product and Engineering partners.

Contribute positively to team culture; live B-Stock’s vision and mission in your day-to-day work and help make the whole of the company greater than the sum of its parts.

Share behavioral insights from product data with Lifecycle Marketing to improve cohort targeting and retention programs; maintain clear and productive handoffs so both teams can move fast without stepping on each other.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES
