We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an <strong data-start="587" data-end="616">Implementation Analyst II</strong>.</p> <hr data-start="619" data-end="622"> <h2 data-start="624" data-end="645"><strong data-start="627" data-end="645">WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></h2> <p data-start="647" data-end="1047">The Implementation Analyst II will be responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by building, testing, and auditing client systems while supporting consumers with our best-in-class benefits administration software and services. This role involves hands-on configuration, data management, client support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementations.</p> <hr data-start="1049" data-end="1052"> <h2 data-start="1054" data-end="1115"><strong data-start="1057" data-end="1115">WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions)</strong></h2> <p data-start="1117" data-end="1234"><em data-start="1117" data-end="1234">Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.</em></p> <h3 data-start="1236" data-end="1274"><strong data-start="1240" data-end="1274">System Configuration & Testing</strong></h3> <ul data-start="1275" data-end="1543"> <li data-start="1275" data-end="1381"> <p data-start="1277" data-end="1381">Build and audit client sites, including benefit plan rules, plan details, rates, and enrollment rules.</p> </li> <li data-start="1382" data-end="1454"> <p data-start="1384" data-end="1454">Test client sites to ensure proper system functionality and quality.</p> </li> <li data-start="1455" data-end="1543"> <p data-start="1457" data-end="1543">Import client data into the system and ensure data accuracy throughout implementation.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="
