<p>BTIG seeks a motivated and organized Office and People Operations Administrator. This role will be divided between office administration, events management, and operational people oversight for the APAC region. In APAC, we are a small team of 60+ employees based across Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. You will contribute to a positive employee experience by streamlining processes and responding to enquiries. Basic HR knowledge is a benefit as you will have the opportunity to work on employee lifecycle projects.</p> <p>This individual must have a positive attitude, the willingness to wear multiple hats, and be energized by working in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will display a proactive approach, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across business leadership.</p> <p><strong>Role and Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Facilities & building management liaison</strong>: Coordinating with landlords/building management across APAC offices on maintenance, and lease-related matters.</li> <li><strong>Business continuity support</strong>: Maintaining office emergency procedures, contact lists, and assisting with BCP planning.</li> <li><strong>Health, Safety & Wellbeing (WHS)</strong>: Acting as the WHS Officer in compliance with local workplace health and safety obligations within Australia.</li> <li><strong>Employment cycle</strong>: Responsible for onboarding, new hire orientation, and data entry into the HRIS.</li> <li><strong>HRIS Management</strong>: Maintaining the Human Resources Information System to ensure data accuracy and efficient record-keeping. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of organizational data by performing regular data audits and cleanup.</li> <li><strong>Travel and expense oversight</strong>: Partnering with senior leaders<strong> </strong>on travel, meeting scheduling, and expenses.</li> <li><strong>Office administration</strong>: Ordering supplies and working with vendors.</li> <li><strong>Communications: </strong><strong>Internal communications support</strong><strong>, </strong>scheduling training, and organizing events and engagement activities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>4-8 years of experience in office administration, HR administration, or executive assistant role, ideally within financial services or a similarly regulated, professional services environment.</li> <li>Prior experience supporting<strong> </strong><strong>multi-office or regional operations</strong> across APAC is highly regarded.</li> <li>Experience working with or supporting <strong>senior leaders</strong> in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Exposure to <strong>onboarding and offboarding processes,</strong> employment lifecycle administration, and experience with HRIS platforms is advantageous.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).</li> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organization skills.</li> <li>Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and identify opportunities to value-add.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.</li> <li>Relevant certifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Human Resources, Business
