Technology, Project Manager

<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><span data-ogsc="black" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">BTIG is seeking an experienced senior Project Manager to lead high-impact technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, oversee vendor and stakeholder coordination, and deliver executive-level reporting on project health and outcomes.</span></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><span data-ogsc="black">The ideal candidate combines strong project and stakeholder management skills with practical knowledge of production technology, including networking basics, infrastructure, and system environments.</span></p> <p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-ogsc="" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Lead and deliver complex technology projects from planning through production.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="">Align business, technology, and vendor teams around priorities and decisions.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="">Oversee project scope, schedule, budgets, risk, reporting, and issue resolution.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="">Build and maintain portfolio-level visibility with dashboards and executive summaries.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="">Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365, including Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps), as well as generative AI for collaboration and reporting.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="">Manage vendor relationships, ensuring technology solutions align with business and technical standards.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="">Drive process improvement, reporting, and project documentation.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements & Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">10+ years’ experience leading large-scale technology and operations projects in financial services.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="">5+ years’ Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="">Strong knowledge of front, middle, and back-office financial operations and regulatory environments.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="">Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 suite, Power BI, JIRA/Confluence, and workflow automation tools.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="">Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including generative AI, automation, and analytics solutions,</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="">Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="">Relevant certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma preferred.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" data-ogsc="black"><span data-ogsc="">Experience with mergers, integrations, or large-scale transformation is a plus. </span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Important Notes:</strong></p> <ul
