You will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of payments, liquidity management and promptly resolving any operational client inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.</p> <p>You will also be required to provide on-call coverage for weekend work, shared among 9 analysts, typically once every couple of months. Additionally, coverage for some bank holidays will be expected, with the exact structure (compensation or time off in lieu) to be agreed upon within the team.</p> <p><strong>Location & Working Hours:</strong> This role requires the individual to be based on the West Coast of the United States or be willing to work hours aligned with Pacific Time, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT, to support our operational needs.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Areas of Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Payment Processing & Liquidity Management:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Process and monitor both manual and automated transactions, including deposit allocation, client payments, and return of funds.</li> <li>Handle failed payments, liquidity movements, and cash flow management.</li> <li>Manage offline liquidity providers and exchanges.</li> <li>Maintain positive professional relationships with partner financial institutions, merchants, and internal operational teams.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Operational Support:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Assist the Merchant Support team with incoming queries.</li> <li>Work closely with compliance and monitoring teams to address flagg
