For more information, visit <a href="WPP.com">WPP.com</a> </p> <p>For more information visit <a href="https://www.bursonglobal.com/">bursonglobal.com</a> and follow us on <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/burson/posts/?feedView=all">LinkedIn</a> and <a href="https://www.instagram.com/burson.global/?hl=en">Instagram</a>.</p></div><p> </p> <p><strong>More about the role:</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a passionate and experienced Public Affairs Communication professional to join our team in Madrid as a Manager.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Support Public Affairs strategies and institutional positioning for companies and sector associations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyse and supervise political and regulatory developments across the Spanish and European institutional landscape.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify legislative risks and opportunities and contribute to defining strategic lines of action for clients.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support communication and public affairs strategies, particularly in highly regulated sectors.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide strategic support and contribute to client account management and relationships.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare and supervise reports, briefings, messaging, stakeholder mapping, and other communication materials.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support project coordination and help guide junior team members.</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to new business opportunities, proposals, and pitches.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience that contributes to success:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in political science, law, international relations, institutional relations, communication, or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>5+ years' experience in public affairs, institutional relations, political communication, corporate communication, or a relevant agency environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of the Spanish political and parliamentary system.</p> </li> <li> <p>High level of spoken and written English (C1) required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in client management and project coordination.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong strategic thinking, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Creative, proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic, diverse, and inclusive environments.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><
