This is a unique opportunity to launch a career in research and insights at one of the world's leading global communications agencies while partnering on high-profile client projects across a variety of industries.</p> <h3><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Designing and contributing to a research plan that addresses objectives and answers key questions</li> <li>Drafting research instruments such as surveys, polls, screeners, discussion guides, and Boolean searches</li> <li>Managing and executing data gathering and fieldwork, including external vendor management when necessary</li> <li>Project management of Insights-based projects to ensure timely delivery and coordination with internal and external clients</li> <li>Formatting, pulling, and analyzing data to draw insights from research findings, filtering the data to support the story</li> <li>Producing clear and compelling research deliverables such as toplines, reports, visualizations, presentations, and memos of research findings</li> <li>Serving as a subject matter expert in core methods and tools related to their skillset or specialty area</li> <li>Directing, contributing to, or executing all Research Analyst competencies as needed</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Experience that contributes to success:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>At least 3 years of experience primarily in market research (including quantitative and qualitative methodologies)</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative primary research methods, including surveys, in-depth interviews and focus groups</li> <li>Stron
