At Cabify, we use AI tools throughout the development lifecycle, to explore and understand systems, design solutions, implement and test them, and accelerate delivery, while engineers remain accountable for technical decisions, code quality, reliability, and production outcomes.</p> <p><strong>We're language agnostic</strong> - your team will primarily work with Go, Elixir or Ruby, but that doesn't mean your past experience needs to match. We rely on whatever tool fits the problem best, and you'll have the flexibility to draw on other languages and technologies across the stack when it makes sense.
