We’re only just getting started.</p></div><p><strong>The Opportunity </strong><br>We are seeking a versatile, strategic, and dynamic Therapy & Commercial Training Manager to bridge the gap between Professional Medical Education and Commercial Excellence. This dual-focus role is designed for a dynamic educator who can elevate our commercial team’s performance while simultaneously advancing the clinical proficiency of the healthcare providers we serve.</p> <p>You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle—from onboarding to developing clinical workshops and strategic commercial initiatives. As a key architect shaping how teams and customers experience Cala’s technology, you will leverage 'influence without authority' to lead cross-functional teams. You’ll be working directly with leadership across the organization, and your fingerprints will be on how our commercial team and our customers understand and experience Cala day to day. It’s a chance to help build the playbook as we scale, work closely with people at every level, and see your work show up in how we grow.</p> <p><strong>Title:</strong> Manager, Clinical Education & Training<br><strong>Reports to: </strong>Senior Director of Professional Education & Commercial Excellence<strong><br>Location: </strong>Remote; near any major metropolitan city<br>**This position requires physical residence within the United States. Candidates living outside the US will not be considered** <strong><br>Employment type: </strong>Full-Time, Exempt<br><strong>Travel Requirement</strong>: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically.<strong><br>Pay range: </strong>$135,000 - $150,000, **<strong>Please note:</strong> This position is a base-salary-only role and is not eligible for variable commission or annual cash performance bonuses.</p> <p>**Final compensation is based on experience, skills, market benchmarks, and internal equity, with potential adjustments for candidate location.**</p> <p><strong>A Day in the Life</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Curriculum Design & Delivery</strong><span data-ast-node-id="2">: Design and facilitate high-impact virtual and in-person training programs that masterfully combine clinical expertise with effective sales methodologies.</span></li> <li><strong><span data-ast-node-id="3">Team Onboarding & Coaching</span></strong><span data-ast-node-id="4">: Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for new hires, provide continuous development for tenured staff, and conduct field ride-alongs for real-time coaching and clinical observation.</span></li> <li><strong><span data-ast-node-id="5">Provider & KOL Education</span></strong><span data-ast-node-id="6">: Develop clinical training for healthcare providers to drive technology adoption, and partner with Marketing to support Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in peer-to-peer educational initiatives.</span></li> <li><strong><span data-
