Partner Experience (Analyst – Associate)

This is a dual-hatted role that combines the relationship-driven side of Partner Experience (owning partner relationships, service delivery, and escalations) with the technical, platform-facing side (configuring the CAIS platform, driving process improvements and automation) into a single point of accountability.
