What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Own and manage Canopy’s daily operations in Zuora.</li> <li>Design and optimize workflows for billing, subscription management and financial reporting, with a focus on automation, scalability, and accuracy.</li> <li>Strategize and build the vision for how Canopy uses Zuora.</li> <li>Anticipate business needs and deliver functionality to support new product launches, pricing changes, and internal process changes.</li> <li>Drive seamless cross-system integrations and data flows across business systems.</li> <li>Identify and implement AI-powered automation to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.</li> <li>Partner with system owners and business stakeholders to align tools with complete, end-to-end business processes within Zuora.</li> <li>Communicate solutions and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and business audiences.</li> <li>Build and maintain documentation on system architecture, processes, and integrations.</li> <li>Streamline processes, improve usability, and reduce manual work through automation and AI-driven solutions.</li> <li>Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> What We’re Looking For <ul> <li>3 years of experience owning Zuora or another billing system (Chargebee, Maxio, etc). 5+ years of experience preferred.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline</li> <li>Strong system design fundamentals with a proven hands-on record of solving business problems.</li> <li>Direct, deep experience with quote-to-cash processes, billing system design, and business operations in a SaaS environment.</li> </ul> Bonus Points <ul> <li>Clear, confident communication skills, able to translate technical constraints into business language and vice versa for audiences of all levels.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to produce technical artifacts and documentation.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with SQL and data modeling.</li> </ul> We know many women do not apply for a job if they don't perfectly fit the description.
