These individuals will play a key role in ensuring successful and accurate data and file migrations as our customers transition to Canopy’s Practice Management Suite.</p> <p>This is a hybrid position in Draper, Utah (M, W, F in-office). </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the data migration team during customer implementations to ensure projects stay on schedule.</li> <li>Assist with preparing, formatting, and validating customer data for migration using Excel, in house tools, and AI.</li> <li>Collaborate with implementation, R&D, and other migration team members to resolve data-related blockers.</li> <li>Provide hands-on support during critical cutover and go-live periods.</li> <li>Create and maintain spreadsheets to track data, monitor progress, and document reconciliation results.</li> <li>Run and document test migrations, verifying accuracy and completeness of migrated data.</li> <li>Perform data checks, reconciliations, and quality assurance reviews to ensure data integrity.</li> <li>Quickly and clearly escalate issues or discrepancies to the appropriate team members.</li> <li>Document processes, data mappings, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.</li> <li>Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of client data.</li> <li>Take initiative to identify potential issues early and proactively suggest or implement solutions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–3 years of experience in data or file migration, data analysis, or a similar technical role.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across large datasets.</li> <li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.</li> <li>Ability to use AI to work more efficiently and collaboratively.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Bonus Points If You Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with SQL (writing o
