Together, we're unstoppable in delivering top-notch products that our users will love.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Take the lead in collaborating with design and engineering teams to champion the customer's perspective, foster constructive design discussions, make well-informed product decisions, and actively encourage feedback during both product planning and execution phases.</li> <li>Forge a strong collaboration with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape product experiences and play an integral role in determining the overall direction of your product vision.</li> <li>Seek feedback from various stakeholders, including users, product managers, subject matter experts, designers, engineers, sales, support, and marketing, to ensure a seamless product experience. Collaborate closely with engineering to guarantee the highest quality implementation.</li> <li>Continuously conduct market and competitive analyses to unearth fresh opportunities, while also becoming a seasoned authority in the accounting industry.</li> <li>Conduct unbiased research with our users daily (we have very involved customers and we wouldn’t have it any other way).</li> <li>Obsess every piece of information gathered and thoroughly analyze everything to ensure highly data-driven decision-making.</li> <li>Be part of preserving Canopy's unique culture.
