Projects may include new construction and renovation in the educational, healthcare, commercial and science & technology markets. May assist with uncomplicated designs of ductwork, piping, controls and equipment selection for HVAC systems for building design.</li> <li>With supervisory oversight assist in Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings of plumbing & fire protection and HVAC systems from Schematic Design to Construction Administration phases.</li> <li>Assist in the review and markup of shop drawing submittals.</li> <li>Recommend ways to improve process, quality, and coordination efforts.</li> <li>May visit job site to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress.
