Working alongside L&D, product, engineering, architecture, and Corporate Services, you will lead initiatives that drive AI Learning transformation from strategy through implementation while helping Capco build the skills and capabilities needed to succeed.</p> <h4>What You'll Do</h4> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Lead enterprise AI, Generative AI, and digital transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation, partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data teams using Agile methodologies to develop enterprise AI products and workforce enablement solutions.</li> <li>Design and deliver enterprise learning, digital adoption, and capability-building programs that accelerate AI adoption across Capco.</li> <li>Translate rapidly evolving AI capabilities into practical business solutions, learning experiences, and reusable assets that support enterprise transformation.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing consulting, coaching, facilitation, and executive-level communication throughout complex transformation programs.</li> </ul> <h4>What We're Looking For</h4> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related discipline, with 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital product development, product management, enterprise transformation, workforce enablement, or AI strategy, ideally within Financial Services.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Foundation Models, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, prompt engineering, AI agents, workflow automation, and modern AI product development.</li> <li>Experience designing and delivering enterprise learning, instructional design, adult learning programs, curriculum development, blended learning solutions, and capability-building initiatives.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar enterprise AI technologies.</li> <li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, consulting, coaching, facilitation, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business outcomes.</li> </ul> <h4>Bonus Points For</h4> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Experience leading enterprise AI transformation or workforce enablement initiatives within consulting organizations.</li> <li>Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk, and enterprise AI adoption best practices.</li> <li>Experience building AI Communities of Practice, AI Champion programs, or enterprise capability-building initiatives.</li> <li>Relevant certifications in Product Management, Agile, Azure, AWS, GCP, Microsoft
