You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and product owners to analyze business needs, translate them into system requirements, and support the implementation of modern banking solutions.</p> <p data-start="1061" data-end="1273">You will participate in end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that business requirements are accurately reflected in system design while maintaining alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations.</p> <h3 data-section-id="1r8pk1j" data-start="1275" data-end="1290">Main Duties</h3> <ul data-start="1292" data-end="2736"> <li data-section-id="eke4kg" data-start="1292" data-end="1387">Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Core Banking applications.</li> <li data-section-id="1htslpl" data-start="1388" data-end="1523">Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.</li> <li data-section-id="k8lo2b" data-start="1524" data-end="1651">Collaborate with business users, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li data-section-id="nmx3wf" data-start="1652" data-end="1773">Analyze existing banking processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation.</li> <li data-section-id="1dj210r" data-start="1774" data-end="1908">Support the design and implementation of Core Banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and system architecture.</li> <li data-section-id="1h7z8ap" data-start="1909" data-end="2009">Perform impact analysis for new business initiatives, regulatory changes, and system enhancements.</li> <li data-section-id="jxwmnd" data-start="2010" data-end="2086">Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.</li> <li data-section-id="1lsh77n" data-start="2087" data-end="2193">Support API, interface, and integration analysis between Core Banking platforms and surrounding systems.</li> <li data-section-id="epxmzv" data-start="2194" data-end="2318">Participate in solution validation, system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.</li> <li d
