Our compensation policies are designed to allow our people to progress through our defined salary range over time as they progress in their role.</li> </ul> <hr> <p></p> <h2><strong>Role Description</strong></h2> <p>As a Data Engineer, you will build and operate pipelines for your client's data platform in a regulated financial services environment. You will connect priority sources to the Azure Databricks Bronze layer, transform data into your client Enterprise Data Model / Silver layer and prepare data for APIs, Power BI, analytics and AI. You will work with architects, business teams and governance functions to deliver transparent, high-quality and reusable solutions.</p> <ul> <li>You support agile delivery of data-engineering solutions from functional requirements and source analysis through development, testing, deployment and operational handover</li> <li>You implement ingestion and onboarding of priority data sources into the Azure Databricks (Bronze layer) and build transformations into your client Enterprise Data Model (Silver layer)</li> <li>You implement source-to-target mappings, business rules and use-case-specific pre- and post-processing while maintaining efficient, traceable and reusable pipelines</li> <li>You apply data-quality, metadata and lineage requirements and work with Okta access-management and Microsoft Purview data-governance controls as part of platform delivery</li> <li>You support the lifecycle of data products and their consumption through APIs / MCP interfaces, Power BI and other approved use cases, including defect resolution and operational support</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Skills and Expertise&
