The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in IT integration projects, be adept at planning and tracking delivery, and possess a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. This role requires running working groups, ensuring effective communication across stakeholders, and presenting complex information to senior management. The role also requires strong Business Analysis capability: eliciting and documenting requirements, mapping end-to-end processes, defining target operating models, and translating business needs into clear deliverables for technology and change teams. Experience with Non-Financial Risk (NFR) and controls is essential.
