Position: Integrated Development Environment (IDE) Lead Location: Vadodara Experience: 10+ Years Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Client Office) Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Lead the design, development, integration, and enhancement of IDE and developer tooling solutions.</li> <li>Drive technical solutions that improve developer experience, productivity, code quality, and software delivery efficiency.</li> <li>Lead development and customization of IDE plugins, extensions, integrations, and developer workflows.</li> <li>Provide technical leadership across code editing, build, debugging, testing, source control, and deployment workflows.</li> <li>Evaluate and integrate modern IDE capabilities such as intelligent code completion, code analysis, refactoring, debugging, and developer automation.</li> <li>Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Platform, Security, and Product teams to understand developer needs and deliver effective tooling solutions.</li> <li>Guide and mentor engineers through technical design, development, code reviews, and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Drive engineering standards, reusable tooling, automation, and continuous improvement across development teams.</li> </ul> Required Skills & Experience <ul> <li>10+ years of overall software engineering experience, with strong experience in developer tooling, IDE platforms, or engineering productivity solutions.</
