Position: Java Backend Lead Location: Vadodara Experience: 10+ Years Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Client Office) Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.</li> <li>Provide technical leadership and drive solution design, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.</li> <li>Design and build robust Microservices and REST APIs for enterprise-grade applications.</li> <li>Lead features and technical initiatives from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.</li> <li>Guide and mentor developers through technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.</li> <li>Ensure backend solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, maintainable, and performance focused.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, Mobile, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.</li> <li>Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, production issues, and performance bottlenecks.</li> <li>Drive coding standards, engineering quality, and continuous improvement across the team.</li> </ul> Required Skills & Experience <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in Java backend development, with experience leading technical teams or complex engineering initiatives.</li> <li>Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.</li> <li>Strong experience design
