The role will focus on governance, portfolio oversight, reporting, financial tracking, and delivery support across complex business and technology programs.</p> <p data-start="497" data-end="823">The ideal candidate will have strong banking experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to manage PMO activities across large-scale transformation initiatives in regulated environments. <strong data-start="714" data-end="823">Experience supporting initiatives within Core Banking, Payments, and Cards domains will be highly valued.</strong></p> <h2 data-section-id="18w7bso" data-start="830" data-end="853">Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-start="855" data-end="1850"> <li data-section-id="19jskv7" data-start="855" data-end="1008">Lead governance and delivery across multiple banking programs and projects, <strong data-start="933" data-end="1008">including Core Banking, Payments, and Cards transformation initiatives.</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1sb5dew" data-start="1009" data-end="1085">Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, RAID logs, and portfolio updates.</li> <li data-section-id="euc96s" data-start="1086" data-end="1167">Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.</li> <li data-section-id="1khv9ju" data-start="1168" data-end="1329">Oversee large transformation portfolios covering <strong data-start="1219" data-end="1329">Core Banking modernization, Payments, Cards, regulatory, digital, and operational transformation programs.</strong></li> <li data-section-id="17cc1cn" data-start="1330" data-end="1417">Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.</li> <li data-section-id="qeo701" data-start="1418" data-end="1500">Coordinate steering committees, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.</li> <li data-section-id="1pvve0o" data-start="1501" data-end="1574">Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting, and controls.</li> <li data-section-id="vaoj8w" data-start="1575" data-end="1712">Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and external vendors across <strong data-start="1662" data-end="1699">Core Banking, Payments, and Cards</strong> workstreams.</li> <li data-section-id="1s1eqnb" data-start="1713" data-end="1850">Support planning, governance, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives involving multiple banking platforms and payment ecosystems.</li>
