The role will manage project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, risks, dependencies, and execution activities to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.</p> <p>Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and programme leadership, the Project Manager will drive project outcomes from mobilisation through implementation, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</p> </div> <hr> <h2><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2> <div> <h3>1) Project Planning & Delivery</h3> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance transformation and technology projects.</li> <li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.</li> <li>Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.</li> <li>Monitor project progress and proactively manage delivery risks and issues.</li> <li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.</li> <li>Support project mobilisation, implementation, and transition activities.</li> </ul> <h3>2) Stakeholder Management & Governance</h3> <ul> <li>Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, sponsors, technology teams, and external partners.</li> <li>Facilitate project governance forums, working groups, and steering committee meetings.</li> <li>Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.</li> <li>Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment across project teams.</li> <li>Escalate key decisions, risks, and issues appropriately.</li> </ul> <h3>3) Risk, Issue & Dependency Management</h3> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).</li> <li>Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks.</li> <li>Manage project dependencies across business, technology, and vendor workstreams.</li> <li>Implement issue resolution and escalation processes to minimise projec
