You’ll work closely with top-tier clients on complex platform transformation and migration programmes—often involving systems like Aladdin, Avaloq, Cinqor, FNZ, and Charles River. This role requires not just project management skills, but a hands-on understanding of how investment firms run front to back. You'll also be expected to leverage approved AI tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to enhance project delivery, reporting, planning, and decision-making, while applying appropriate human judgement and governance throughout the project lifecycle.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Lead platform change and migration projects across front office, operations, and technology functions.</li> <li>Deliver end-to-end regulatory or strategic change across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, using AI-enabled ways of working where appropriate to improve delivery efficiency and insight.</li> <li>Own project governance, tracking and reporting—ensuring transparency and proactive risk management, leveraging approved AI tools and automation to support reporting, monitoring, and project controls while maintaining appropriate review and oversight.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes.</li> <li>Guide and support client teams through change adoption, training, and business readiness, championing responsible adoption of AI-enabled ways of working where aligned to client and organisational standards.</li> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Proven experience as a Project Manager in Capital Markets.</li> <li>Solid exposure to investment platforms or products—particularly Aladdin, Avaloq, Cinqor, FNZ, or Charles River.</li> <li>Strong understanding of business architecture in investment firms—front office, operations, and middle office.</li> <li>Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with matrixed stakeholder structures.</li> <li>Effective communicator with a consultative mindset and ability to influence change.</li> <li>Curiosity and willingness to adopt approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve project delivery, collaboration, and productivity.</li> <li>Ability to apply sound judgement when using AI-generated outputs, ensuring appropriate validation, auditability, escalation, and compliance with responsible AI and organisational governance standards.</li> </ul> <h3>Bonus Points For</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Background in consulting.</li> <li>Experience with portfolio management systems and investment administration.</li> <li>Business consulting experience, especially in regulatory-driven change.</li> <li>Strong Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology knowledge.</li> <li>Familiarity with business readiness and user acceptance testing coordination.</li> <li>Experience supporting AI-enabled transformation, automation, or technology modernisation initiatives within financial services.</li> </ul> <h2>Why Join Capco</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions
