You will focus on <strong>mobile and API automation</strong>, covering both functional and non-functional testing while working closely with cross-functional teams.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for <strong>mobile, API, and web applications</strong></li> <li>Perform <strong>functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional testing</strong></li> <li>Build and enhance automation frameworks using <strong>Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar</strong></li> <li>Test mobile applications across <strong>iOS and Android</strong></li> <li>Perform <strong>API testing and automation</strong></li> <li>Provide guidance on test planning, automation, and execution strategies</li> <li>Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery</li> <li>Identify, investigate, and track defects through to resolution</li> <li>Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams in an <strong>Agile environment</strong></li> <li>Support performance and other non-functional testing where required</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 of experience in QA automation (intermediate to senior levels)</li> <li><strong>Native Thai Speaker with</strong> <strong>conversational English</strong></li> <li>University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field</li> <li>Banking or Financial Services experience is required</li> <li>Proven experience in test automation framework development using tools such as <strong>Selenium</strong>, <strong>Appium</strong>,<strong> Playwright</strong>,<strong> </strong>or similar</li> <li>Strong experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Hands-on experience with UI/API test automation and mobile automation</li> <li>Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li> <li>Experience designing and implementing scalable automated testing solutions</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with <strong>JMeter/performance testing, Espresso, XCUITest, JSON/XML, mock services, or databases</strong> is a plus.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Join CAPCO
