THE ROLE As a Senior Business Analyst within our Business Consulting practice, you will partner with clients and internal Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to identify business improvement opportunities and shape transformation initiatives. You will lead business workshops, analyse current-state processes, identify gaps, define future-state solutions, and develop delivery roadmaps that create measurable business value. This is a client-facing role requiring strong facilitation, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and requirements management skills. You will work independently while collaborating closely with consulting, technology, and delivery teams.
