You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, build new capabilities, and grow your career quickly within a collaborative, high‑performance consulting environment.</span></p> <hr> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></h2> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Role Overview</span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are seeking an experienced <strong>Strategic Consultant – Digital Banking</strong> to support a strategic review of the organisation’s global digital portfolio and capabilities across key Asian markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The consultant will assess the existing digital banking portfolio, capabilities and market footprint, identify opportunities and gaps, and develop recommendations for the future-state strategy. This will include defining a forward-looking digital roadmap, capability footprint and strategic way forward across markets.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a strategy and advisory-focused role rather than an execution-heavy delivery position. The successful candidate should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, engaging senior stakeholders across multiple markets, conducting structured assessments and translating findings into clear strategic recommendations and executive-level materials.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct a strategic review of the existing digital banking portfolio and capabilities across multiple Asian markets.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assess the current-state digital landscape, including existing propositions, capabilities, initiatives, platforms and market footprint.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify capability gaps, overlaps, opportunities and areas for rationalisation or further investment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Evaluate differences in market requirements and maturity across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and other relevant markets.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and discovery sessions with senior business and technology stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Structure complex and ambiguous business questions into clear hypotheses, assessment frameworks and workstreams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Synthesise qualitative and quantitative findings into clear strategic insights and implications.</span>&
