The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, validate end-to-end processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.</li> <li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.</li> <li>Work closely with business users, product owners, and project stakeholders.</li> <li>Validate end-to-end business processes and user workflows.</li> <li>Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Track, report, and support defect resolution activities.</li> <li>Ensure successful completion of UAT and sign-off readiness.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience in <strong>User Acceptance Testing (UAT)</strong>.</li> <li>Good domain/business process understanding.</li> <li>Ability to interpret business requirements and validate business outcomes.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&
