This position develops and maintains scalable test automation frameworks, with a strong emphasis on Playwright-based end-to-end testing, to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of software solutions throughout the development lifecycle. The role applies expertise in GxP validation principles and computerized system validation to support software quality within a regulated environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The Senior Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional product, engineering, and quality teams to integrate automated testing into development and deployment processes, promote quality engineering best practices, and continuously improve testing strategies. This position also evaluates and implements emerging technologies, including AI-assisted testing approaches, to expand test coverage, improve efficiency, and strengthen software validation while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> </div> <div> <h3><strong>How You'll Make An Impact</strong></h3> <div> <ul> <li>Build, maintain, and improve the end-to-end test automation framework, with Playwright as the primary toolchain across UI, API, and integration layers.</li> <li>Author and maintain release validation documentation, in support of 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP compliance.</li> <li>Evaluate and apply AI-assisted testing techniques, such as LLM-based test generation and intelligent failure triage, to extend coverage and reduce toil.</li> <li>Integrate and maintain quality gates across CI/CD pipelines, balancing speed with the rigor required for a regulated environment.</li> <li>Partner with engineers during active development to shift quality left — writing tests alongside features and surfacing risk early.</li> <li>Contribute to QA process improvements and share knowledge with teammates; you're a resource others lean on without being responsible for managing them.</li> </
