Services provided will include retention services, referrals, career ladder counseling, re-employment job search services, and related documentation and data entry into the state’s program management system. This role will be performed under the Center Manager.</p> <p><strong><u>Your Impact on Career TEAM’s Success</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide virtual follow-up services to designated former participants of the Workforce One-Stop system to ensure employment success and retention</li> <li>Engage unemployed follow-up customers in a job search plan/activities as needed to obtain immediate and appropriate employment</li> <li>Engage customers who are at risk of job loss in retention and/or employment search activities</li> <li>Provide referrals as needed to support customer’s retention needs</li> <li>Work to re-engage and re-establish contact with non-responsive customers</li> <li>Research and obtain documentation to verify post-participation employment status</li> <li>Implement policies applicable to Follow-Up frequency requirements</li> <li>Document Follow-Up activities and efforts in case notes within the state’s case management system</li> <li>Enter post program employment and educational information into the state’s case management system</li> <li>Follow all policies, procedures and regulations related to follow-up, including ensuring that case files have verification documents used for entry of post-program outcomes</li> <li>Meet and/or exceed program benchmarks. Participate in all staff related events as required including but not limited to training, staff meetings and individual supervision</li> <li>Under the direction of the Performance Analyst, provide targeted outreach / research to identify and document employment/educational status of designated post program customers</li> <li>Complete all required reports</li> <li>Approach each day and task with a “ZAG” mindset</li> <li>Other duties and projects as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have</u></strong><strong>:<u> </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience </li> <li>Must possess the ability to establish and maintain a positive/productive virtual relationship with both former job seeker customers and their employers. </li> <li>Ability to work in a variety of settings with culturally diverse customer base with the ability to be culturally sensitive</li> <li>Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks in a performance oriented environment</li> <li>Ability to serve as a role model to customers and motivate them towards achieving goals</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite</li> <li>Ability t
