You will own conversion initiatives from discovery and planning through validation, launch, and post-conversion support.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You will also serve as a primary point of accountability for clients throughout the conversion lifecycle. This includes building trusted relationships, setting expectations, presenting progress and risks to client stakeholders, and leading the response when issues require escalation.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This is a technical leadership and delivery role—not a primary coding position. You should be comfortable evaluating technical approaches, guiding engineers, interpreting data, and troubleshooting escalated issues.
