This position will be responsible for providing one-on-one and group interventions, as well as necessary staff interventions, and supporting customers' success. This position will provide counseling services and outlets for discussion regarding all aspects of a participant’s life, inclusive of mental, social, physical, emotional, and behavioral health aspects that may be beyond the scope of regular staff. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. A Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Level II or III, with a bachelor’s degree, is also preferred</li> <li>Preferred knowledge of EARN, TANF, or similar services</li> <li>Multilingual or bilingual preferred</li> <li>Training in trauma-informed care, h
