Captivation is looking for software developers who can get stuff done while making a difference in support of the mission to protect our country.</span></p> <p> </p></div><h1 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Description</span></h1> <hr> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Captivation Software is looking for a mid level systems engineer who will assist with daily responsibilities and be able to travel 3x/year for 7-10 days at a time.</span></p> <p> </p> <h1 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Requirements</span></h1> <hr> <h3><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Security Clearance:</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Minimum Qualifications:</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus four (4) year of systems engineering experience.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area) may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one (1) year of systems engineering experience.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university may be substituted for three (3) years of systems engineering experience.</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Required Skills:</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience with coding Python and Visual Basic for applications</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong experience in applying RF theoretical and academic knowledge in EMI testing unintended emissions within HF, VHF, and UHF spectrum</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Familiar with RF tools (network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes) and components (amplifiers, filters, isolators, attenuators, terminators, etc.)</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Formulating and documenting test plans</li>
