Associate Loan Officer manages the pipeline from application through processing submission, ensuring files move efficiently, borrowers stay informed, and the Senior Loan Officer is free to focus on business development. This role is an ideal entry point into mortgage origination, with a defined path toward NMLS licensing and a producing Loan Officer role for high performers.
