Assistant Store Manager (MidCity)

They must be a self-starter and a team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiency, scalability and effectiveness.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <ul> <li>This role reports directly to the Retail Area Manager.</li> <li>Responsible for day-to-day operation of the stores and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Lead, supervise and train the team in providing excellent customer service, manage customer feedback and understand customer needs by asking the right questions.</li> <li>Develop and coach the team; provide appropriate level of performance feedback to increase confidence and capability and manage staff turnover.</li> <li>Build customer rapport and loyalty through an engaging in-store experience.</li> <li>Motivate and inspire the team by communicating a compelling vision and purpose which encompasses the CASETiFY’s Core Values.</li> <li>Link up with global support in retail operations, logistics and projects of the company.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Requirement</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in retail with at least 3 years in a management role is preferred but not essential. We also welcome applicants who are looking to take the next step up in their career.</li> <li>Experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve KPIs and deliverables.</li> <li>Passionate about the retail industry, technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and being a part of a growing team.</li> <li>Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal, customer service & communication skills.</li> <li>Fluent in English, excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills.</li> <li>Basic computer skills.</li> </ul>
