Brand Representative, Full-time

He/she will be representing our brand in the front line, and responsible for delivering the best in-store experience for customers of our stores - <strong>Festival Walk, Tsuen Wan Plaza, Causeway Bay & New Town Plaza. </strong></p> <h2>Responsibilities:</h2> <ul> <li>Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.</li> <li>Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers.</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and product information.</li> <li>Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.</li> <li>Assist with inventory management tasks like unpacking deliveries and checking inventory levels.</li> <li>Achieve individual sales targets and collaborate with the team to meet store sales goals. </li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the sales floor and stockroom.</li> <li>Maintain a professional and polished appearance that aligns with the brand's image.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements:</h2> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>Minimum 3 year experience in retail industry. </li> <li>Proficient in verbal communication English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. </li> <li>Ability to work in shift duty.</li> <li>Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.</li> <li>Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.</li> <li>Ability to work well in a team environment, cooperating and collaborating with colleagues.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>職責:</h2> <ul> <li>協助顧客識別其需求，並推薦適當的產品或服務</li> <li>向顧客提供產品演示並介紹產品特點</li> <li>清楚了解公司最新的銷售 、推廣、政策和產品信息 使用銷售點（POS）系統準確且高效地處理顧客交易</li> <li>確保商店的視覺陳列吸引人，產品整齊有序並達至公司要求 協助處理庫存及倉務工作，如拆貨物和檢查庫存數量</li> <li>及時且專業地處理顧客詢問、投訴和退貨</li> <li>達到個人銷售目標，並與團隊合作達成共同銷售目標</li> <li>維持乾淨和有序的工作區域，包括銷售區和儲藏室</li> <li>根據需要參加商店會議、培訓和研討會</li> <li>遵守公司政策和程序，包括損失預防和安全措施</li> <li>尋找機會提升銷售技巧和客戶服務的能力</li> <li>維持專業且整潔的形象，與品牌形象保持一致 </li> </ul> <h2>資歷:</h2> <ul> <li>高中畢業或同等學歷</li> <li>具備至少3年零售行業經驗</li> <li>精通英語、廣東話和普通話的口頭溝通能力</li> <li>能夠適應輪班工作</li> <li>熟悉銷售點（POS）系統和基本電腦技能</li> <li>擁有提供良好顧客服務的態度，能夠聆聽客人需要並提供合適的解決方案</li> <li>能夠在團隊環境中與同事良好地工作和合作</li> <li>主動積極，對工作充滿熱情，具備有效與各級別溝通的能力 </li> <li>具備良好的人際交往和溝通技巧</li> <li>能夠在快節奏的工作環境中同時處理並按時完成多項工作</li> <li>提供良好的顧客服務和擁有解決問題的能力</li> </ul> <p> </p>
