It continues on as we teach our clients and their circle of support how to obtain positive, sustainable outcomes.</p></div><p><strong>Job Title: </strong>Program Director <em>(LCSW/LMFT Preferred)</em></p> <p><strong>Location</strong>: Ukiah, CA</p> <p><strong>Reports to: </strong>Associate<strong> </strong>Regional Director</p> <p><strong>Job Classification: </strong>Exempt</p> <p><strong>Compensation: </strong><span data-sheets-root="1">$94,264.40</span> salary + opportunities for quarterly bonuses </p> <p><strong><strong data-start="669" data-end="688">About the Role:</strong><br data-start="688" data-end="691"></strong>CBEM is seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Director to lead our Critical Intervention Team serving Ukiah, CA and surrounding communities. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of intervention specialists, and serve as the primary liaison with the Redwood Coast Regional Center. Your clinical expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality service delivery while advancing CBEM's mission and values.</p> <div> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise and mentor staff, including Assistant Directors and Critical Intervention Specialists.</li> <li>Ensure the quality of client services, overseeing case reviews, and stabilization plans.</li> <li>Engage with external stakeholders to represent CBEM and expand service outreach.</li> <li>Manage budgets, performance reviews, and program goals.</li> <li>Lead team meetings, acknowledge successes, and promote employee development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li><em><strong>Master's degree</strong></em> in psychology, social work, or related fields.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in team management.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of DSM-V, Applied Behavior Analysis, and experience working with developmental disabilities.</li> <li>Leadership skills that foster a culture of inclusivity and excellence.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong><br>Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team where you can make a lasting impact on individuals with developmental disabilities.
