It continues on as we teach our clients and their circle of support how to obtain positive, sustainable outcomes.</p> <p>We are seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our HR team and help us continue to build a talented workforce across our multiple locations. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you will manage every aspect of the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.</li> <li>Use ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidates and maintain thorough documentation.</li> <li>Source candidates through various platforms, including social media and Boolean searches.</li> <li>Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide updates to hiring managers.</li> <li>Organize New Hire Orientation and ensure all documentation is completed.</li> <li>Build relationships with colleges and universities, organize and attend career fairs, and engage in community outreach to expand the talent pool.</li> <li>Promote the company’s employer brand through social media and recruitment marketing.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).</li> <li>Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably full-cycle recruiting.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of HR regulations and employment law (HR Certification a plus).</li> <li>Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and Google Workspace.</li> <li>Proficient with Greenhouse Onboarding (Preferred)</li> <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a passion for building strong teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Nurturing learning environment with clear growth and career advancement opportunities.</li> <li>Competitive salary with opportunities for quarterly bonuses.</li> <li>Comprehensive health coverage (Medical, Dental, and Vision) starting from day one.</li> <li>Company-provided computer and mobile device with a monthly internet stipend.</li> <li>Generous paid time off including vacation, wellness, and sick days to support work-life balance.</li> <li>Monthly Health & Wellness allowance to promote physical and mental well-being.</li> <li>Professional Development Programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.</li> </ul>
